Rules for using imemyself.dev and the personal apps, tools, and subdomains operated under it. These properties are maintained for personal use, not as a commercial platform.
Agreement
By accessing imemyself.dev or any related app, tool, domain, or subdomain, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
What this covers
These terms apply to imemyself.dev and related apps, tools, hosted paths, domains, or subdomains that link to these terms.
Personal, non-commercial nature
These properties are personal projects maintained in my spare time. They are provided for convenience, not as a commercial service. Features may change, break, or disappear without notice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt unauthorized access, scraping at abusive rates, or disruption of services
- Upload malware, illegal content, or content that infringes others’ rights
- Use the services to harass, spam, or impersonate others
- Reverse engineer or attack infrastructure except where legally permitted
- Rely on these tools for emergency, medical, legal, or critical financial decisions
Some areas may be restricted. Bypassing access controls is not permitted.
No professional advice
Content and tools (including finance, trading, tax, and productivity apps) are for personal organization and experimentation only. They are not financial, tax, legal, or investment advice.
Accounts & access
I may restrict, suspend, or revoke access at any time, especially for abuse or security reasons. You are responsible for credentials and devices used to access your account.
Intellectual property
Site design, code, and branding remain my property unless otherwise noted. You retain ownership of content you create, but grant me the limited rights needed to store and display it within the relevant app.
Third-party services
Some apps link to or depend on third-party content, APIs, authentication, hosting, data, or communication providers. Those services have their own terms and policies.
Disclaimer of warranties
Everything is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, uptime, or data integrity.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, trading losses, or business interruption arising from use of these services.
Indemnity
If your misuse of the services causes claims against me, you agree to indemnify and hold me harmless to the extent permitted by law.
Termination
I may stop operating any app or the entire site at any time. These terms survive sections that reasonably should survive (disclaimers, liability limits, governing law).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local consumer protections require otherwise.
